Wayne is a lifelong Midwest resident and grew up in a small town in northwest Indiana with same feel as Prescott-but without the clean air, mild winters and mild summers that Prescott is famous for.  After college he moved to St Louis and spent over 40 years in the credit and real estate industries. While new to Prescott his extensive business background will help simplify his clients experience.
